SiMao arabica SiMao Arabica is a green coffee bean supplier of Yunnan Arabica, grown in the SiMao region in the Southwest of Yunnan province. Washed in 100 per cent natural spring water in the ManLao River plantation. SiMao coffee is characterized by homogenous quality, purity, and untainted flavor. A pest-resistant strain with small screen size (avg 16 screen), freshly roasted SiMao Arabica has a bright acidity and is mild while intensely aromatic. A well-balanced cup, with fruity undertones.
